I was playing around with scrap parts and i had an amazing idea of being able to call down scrap! i think we have all seen how deadly that stuff is now imagine if you were able to call random clusters of gibs down a pond your enemy's for a fairly cheap price. Wouldn't that be great for crowd control? |

It shouldn't be too difficult to make on your own? Perhaps you should embark on this idea and try to make one to learn how to make a mod from scratch. You could then ask how to accomplish things in this thread. (For example making a new .rte or something) |

But regardless i'll need it later. |
