Can anyone make me a scanner that will reveal the whole map for me? A scanner with a great scan distance.
Im not sure if anyone did it before but thanks anyway.

I made one that should do the trick, but it causes insane slowdown for me. It isn't crashing, though, so use it if you want. Just drop the files in the Scanners folder under base.rte/devices.

If you want to change the range to reduce slowdown, open up the ScannerSuperHeavy.lua file in any text editor, and you'll see these lines at the very top:

Code:
function Create(self)

   self.ScanTimer = Timer();
   self.scanDelay = 100;
   self.maxScanRange = 10000;
   self.scanDisruption = 300;
   self.scanSpacing = 10;

   self.numberOfScans = 6;
   self.scanSpreadAngle = 30; -- Degrees!

end

Changing the maxScanRange will change the range it scans, easy enough. You should poke around the game's code in general. Modding Cortex Command is, for the most part, as easy as reading.

These are the lines you want to reveal the whole map.
You can just paste it into the console (I think), or you can put it as a lua script for something (e.g. if you only want it to run once, which you do, put it on the create function of a bomb or something).
Code:
for i = 0, ToGameActivity(ActivityMan:GetActivity()).TeamCount do
   SceneMan:RevealUnseenBox(0,0,SceneMan.Scene.Width,SceneMan.Scene.Height, i);
end
