Everytime i download a mod and install it to CC i get an error and when i follow it to the source of the error it has something like this:

and the error is that basically its a pie slice and it doesnt work...

Is it correctly tabbed? Maybe there are some identation issues in there.

Looking at the stuff in the mod itself, it should be fine. This is the mod in question.

Double-slashes mean the line is commented out and ignored by CC. But it shouldn't be commented out in the first place;

No no no, sorry about not explaining it. I slashed them out because it was being an error. and now i have an error with the map pack b26.

it loads and says:

could not match property in Maps-City.rte/Scenes/Suburbs.ini at line 8!

line 8 says:

// Revealed = 0

I slashed it out....

Just because you slashed it out doesn't mean it'll work. I suggest deleting your copy of Shadow Echelon and redownloading, because it should work error free unless you screw around with the coding.

As for the map pack, it sounds like Map Pack 3, created by Gotcha, I believe.
There is a line of code that you have to add to the "Settings.ini" in Base.rte.
You would know that already if you actually READ the included readme in it.
