Post subject:  Skirmish without diggers

I have tried to do this with the CC Mod Manager but when i make a skirmish with normal troops and no diggers CC just crashes on me in under 5 minutes.
I have also tried to get rid of the diggers by removing them from the code in missions.rte/SkirmishActivities.ini but that didnt work either.
Any thing that would allow me to play with vanilla actors and weapons but without those damn diggers ruining all my fun would be really helpful.

there is a mod search skirmish+ it also removes losing

B24 makes most of missions.rte redundant. The new code for skirmish is located under Base.rte/Scenes/Scripts/SkirmishDefence.lua. Open it in notepad++ or anything that'll give you line numbers, and add -- to line 158 before any of the code. It should look like this:

Save it then play. All is well.

Thanks for the help. hopefully this will be helpful to anyone else who just wants to kill without consequence.
EDIT:CC Still crashes reguarly, maybe i will clean out my mods and start again D:
