Has anyone made a mod that allows you to slow time?
The effects of the time slowing SHOULD do the following:
Cause all debris to float slightly upwards when activated,
Make all actors on the opposite team go slower,
And make all weapons fired from the opposite team go slower.

What are your thoughts, and if you like it would you want to make it?

Slowing down time for everything would be alot simpler than slowing down time for specific objects.

Although, I guess you could just half the velocity of a group of moving objects. To slow down devices, You could probably disable them for a short amount of time and then re-enable them a little after... It's completely possible, but how would you start this "time slowing" effect? A device of some sort?

Well, I'm thinking about those area of effect grenades in Numgun's Ballistic Weapons mod. Tweak their values and expand their area of effect and it'll slow down pretty much everything from what I've seen.

You would use some sort of button or gun of sorts, that enables it to do stuff. Or something like that.

Here: I made a generic discription for it.

Here at Renitec, we have found a special crystal deep underground, that can enable time to be distorted and warped. We have harnessed this power to create a device that can enable time to slow down. This device also has a built in system that scans the battlefield for members of your team. They will be unaffected by this device, and therefore have an advantage against the other team.

There.

EDIT: Argh stupid badge won't show that I bought the game! :x

Badge system is currently broken.

How well can you sprite? If someone can get a sprite, I'm willing to do the rest.

I can't sprite for crap, and I dunno how the gib system works, so I'm not sure that even if I DID sprite something that it would work.

EDIT: I tried. It was EPIC! Fail.

This is a slow-motion mod.

PS: Making a slow-motion mod that only applies to specific objects would be next to impossible, at least for me. And that's only if it is possible at all.

You really don't need to bump old threads like that.
I'm sure Miggles saw TLB's mod between when he made his last post and now.
