I believe that if we had the GoW Hammer of Dawn, that would be epic. so, could anybody make it? I won't upload it, I am just giving an idea. I wouldn't steal it. I would use it for fun on my computer

Already got a bunch of things like that, only difference would be if its carryable or not.
The Radio from the Metal Slug Faction is pretty much that, only with a bomb.
Im sure, if no-one makes it that you could adapt that to work for you.

I'm too lazy to search mod by mod for a lazer, so please give me a link to something that is a lot like this, or at least simmillar. Like if it is very close to it, you hold down the fire button and it runs out of ammo, and can only be used above ground. if not a lot simillar, then please just give me a link.
