Think about it, characters and weapons from the Marvel Universe. Here are some thoughts I had on specific ones.

Captain America
-Healing ability, kind of slow though. Stops at 100 health.
-Comes equipped with his Vibranium Alloy Shield and a handgun.
-Not jetpack, maybe a good jump.
-Fast moving standard size soldier
-Health 100, Cost 150 oz

The Hulk
-Comes equipped with a close range attack that could instant kill or do massive amounts of damage.
-I don't know if there's a actor-specific factor in carrying weight, but if there is, give him a good amount.
-Healing ability, heals faster the more damage he takes. Stops at 500.
-Not jetpack, great jump ability.
-Very big obviously, quick moving.
-Health (start) 100, Cost 200 oz

Thor
-Comes equipped with infinite close range Hammer and a long range lightning attack.
-No healing ability, but make him somewhat resistant to bullets, like the Axe Cop Mod.
-Can fly, just by magically doing so, like Wexter.
-Kind of big, but not overly huge. Slow moving (someone has to be).
-Health 150, Cost 200 oz.

Iron Man
-Comes equipped with a long range blast attack, like a laser and a rapid machine gun.
-His helmet should be able to get shot off, exposing a weaker softer head.
-Very good jetpack ability, but probably wouldn't work with it in his feet if that's even possible.
-Standard size, slower.
-Health 100, Cost 150 oz.

Wolverine
-Healing ability, stops at 100.
-Comes equipped with an infinite close range slashing attack.
-Standard size, standard speed.
-Not jetpack, decent jump.
-Health 100, Cost 150 oz.

The Punisher
-Comes equipped with SMG, Handgun, Shotgun, Two Pumpkin grenades, and a powerful riot shield (or maybe Captain America's shield).
-Not as resistant to bullets as the other guys.
-Stand size, fast moving soldier.
-A jetpack could be an advantage, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't have one.
-Health 100, Cost 100 oz.

And of course there are other cool Marvel heroes that would make good actors, like Nick Fury or Deadpool, but you can think of those.

For tools and weapons, how about:
-Captain America's Shield (Indestructible like the Control Chip). Cost 50 oz.
-Green Goblin's Pumpkin Grenades (A little stronger than your standard). Cost 10 oz.

Somebody who can make mods should make this, it would be cool and you know it!

A handgun!?!?!? For CAPTAIN AMERICA!?!?!? ...Children, this guy is a perfect example of what smoking crack will do to your life.

Well, with so God damn many incarnations, I don't really care what happen to the characterization of Marvel/DC heroes anymore.

But to be fair, no guns should be included with Cap'. Similar to why we shouldn't arm Batman with a Desert Eagle.

You realise that who we need for the runnin' and the gunnin' is Deadpool.

Shooting of the Hulk with a CC weapon and killing him would make a lot of fans... disappointed/dissatisfied. And whomever is willing to undertake this mod should be ready for endless complaints from fanboys about how the actors are weaker/stronger than they should have been, how they can't do this and that or they should be able to catch fish with their bare eyelids while juggling with plasma grenades during which they are dodging the minigun bullets that they couldn't otherwise absorb, digest and turn to hitpoints rather than spitting them back at the shooter.

Yes, that person has to be ready for all these. Yet the mod would be awesome, so I support you "that person".

points to make:
- A sentinel from the X-men would be easily manufactured by using the already existing behemoth/punisher.
- Professor Xavier brain actor on his yellow trademark hoverchair (of course he must be able to control other actors).
- Magneto brain actor with his thing.

...but then what? I'm already bored.

to the OP: An Iron Man actor already exists. If you search for it, you can easily find it.

Giving Captain America A handgun isn't a good idea, but why not make his shield a weapon like having the ability to throw it and it coming back like a boomerang. yet make it near to indestructible.

He originally had one, and I thought that making a boomerang like weapon would be overcomplicated, but not impossible.

Would you still be able to make the shield an off-hand? And it's weird, I just found that.

Back before my comp got wiped by a virus, I actually had my own Captain America shield mod, it was fun. Made it from Test, and put it under grenades so I could whip it at people.

this would be a sweet mod. deadpool has a TON of weapons thought, he might be a walking weapon supplyer.

Well I find Deadpool to be a total freaking badass, but I don't actually have any of his comics. So I didn't know what to put except what I got out of a couple images and wikipedia. I guess he would have a healing ability equal to Wolverine's, a couple of grenades, a short range sword (cause they make long range, ha) and whatever guns he happens to have. Also, while Moon Knight is cool, I don't think he would work well with the game, which is why I didn't put other heroes I didn't think would work (Spider-Man).

ALSO, if anyone is interested in coding, I will do sprites.

What about war machine? Maybe ice man? Magneto? NIGHTCRAWLER?? That would be tight.
