How so? Just post your problems, and if you want to start, start with a template.

Ok well, go ahead and start and pm it to me.
I'm not master, but i know my way around the ini coding, Lua is a whole different matter.

This works better when you just post a thread with your problems, and the community helps. Heck, make a "help NCB get this mod done" thread, make it this one for all I care, but you'll generally get people willing to help you if you put something forward and it looks promising.
As for actually helping out, if I get time I can do some hints, tips and general modding philosophy, but as for being a full time mentor, count me out for the time being.

Yeah, so, what's the "Mod Making" used for? :-o

Also, try the Wiki. Trust me, it worth.

Mod making is used for posting WIP mods for help or showing off. The wiki (at least last time i was on there) was really only useful for lua reference.

I learned all that I know about .ini coding from the wiki, I found it to be helpful.
