What are you talking about, the original M16s were fully automatic. I am pretty sure you could attach some accessory rails or something to the more modern M16a3 which is also fully automatic. |

The M4 is a carbine made for shorter range and CQC. The M16 is more accurate and more powerful because of the longer barrel. |
