Post subject:  Sprite Help Request
I need help with my sprites for my mod. I'm not sure what's wrong. They don't have a transparent background ingame, it's just white. Some of the colors are changed to orange. This happens when looking at either side. I'm pretty sure my .bmps are in 256 color. They were in palette before I converted them with Paint, is it possible that's why everything looks messed up?

Converted them? They should always be in palette. To answer you question, they are not in palette and that is why they are causing the problem. If you know they should be in palette then you probably know how to convert them into palette, but just in case here is the topic describing how you do so.

Thanks. I think I got them working. Do you have any tips for spriting(especially in relation to Cortex Command)? Most of my sprites look pretty bad.
