Huh, seems it's off-center.
if 29x29 is good enough, just trim one pixel off the top and left side.

I need a glow 30x30 pixels that is kind of like a fire explosion, but the inside is white and fades out to an ice-blue color. |

I need another glow. This one needs to be 75x75 pixels. The center is white and the edges fade into a bright red. It should be a little spiky around the edges, like the lines of glare when you look at the sun. |
