There was a vortex shotgun in the past that was the very definition of deathz. Shooting about 5000 bullets in less than a split millisecond, you were guaranteed to die from simply using this thing...

I was wondering... Could anyone make a machine gun of this thing?

It doesn't kill you (the user), but still has a very high rate of fire.
