I just thought this might inspire someone having trouble coming up with some unique glows for something.

Mushroom cloud, nufin' fancy. Nuke pics are better refs for these glows. |

Yes, it is. The mushroom cloud doesn't show up because a nuke explodes, it shows up because of the low density high temp gasses. Like that one. That is simply fire behaving like the vapor in a mushroom cloud. Though I must admit that it looks awesome. |
