Argh.
That is going to take hours, with this many frames.

Does not matter, photoshop just crashes anyway.
Gonna have to use GIMP.

Gimp wins!
Somehow they went from RGB PNG images to wrong-palate BMPs, and simply changing them back to RGB was enough to fix them!
IT WORKS.
I'll be posting this thing and (more importantly) the script is uses sometime in the future, I hope it's helpful to someone wanting to animate glows.

Glows are not in palette. They are normal 24bit bmp files.
