Volunteers needed for new project
It's been a while since I updated Unmapped Lands for the last time. But I'm glad to announce that I'm making the next big thing: bigger, better, more complex, with plot, characters and possibly factions and this time it might be finished or at least released in playable state. The only problem is that this project require an awful amount of spritework and testing. What I have is a 80% complete Lua engine for this project (>6K lines of code total ). What I need is bunkermodules, machinery, other spritework and INI-work. So if you have free time, some skills and can keep secrets - feel free to join. We'll also need betatesters, but only when we'll have 100% complete engine and some actual gameplay to test. Anyway if you're willing to join, you're welcome but your help will be utilized later. Finally as I said project supports factions. But this time mod-makers will have to provide support for this new project in their own mods. I can't technically do anything about it. So if you have some faction mod and want it to be supported by this new project (from the very release), just give me a sign and I'll provide all the assistance needed for making it compatible. But I must warn you that the process might be quite tedious. Your names won't be forgotten, komrades!

gtaiiilc, ok you'll have to test and spellcheck A LOT ))) Natti, there's not so much Lua coding work needed, it's mostly mission specific and what's more frightening framework specific. In other words you'll have to live in an ugly world and the results can be hardly reused anywhere else Duh102, PMd Kettenkrad, ok, kind sir, I'll send you what I have and what I currently need most right away

I'd be at least somewhat willing to look into having the recompilation version of the 40K pack support this, depending on the exact requirements such as time, code, etc.
