Well, they'd be useful to some extent, but if you want anyone to make this mod for you, it'd behoove you to convert the sprites into a useful state. That is, convert them all into palette, then separate them into the various arm, leg, head, torso, and weapon sprites. If you need further assistance, there are plenty of modding guides somewhere, and you can take a peek in any mod to see what number of sprites, etc. you need to make.

Anyway, if I'm right about Duke Nukem, it'd mostly just be a Coalition resprite, so you could probably do it easily yourself, but at the very least, getting the sprites into a useful state is the first step on that path.

With some filling and editing you could probably make this spritesheet somewhat usable for CC, though it would be easier and better just to make one from scratch.

I'm pretty sure someone made a full sprite sheet for a duke- search around and you'll probably find it.
