Remember the metal slug tanks?
when they die they become very strong walls.
Wouldnt that work for a tower?

That's just a tough material settling. It's still scrap; it's just that most particle -> terrain interactions don't dislodge it. MO -> terrain interactions, however, can easily dislodge things. Deepcheck is notoriously good at removing terrain, no matter what material it's made out of.
