Where is it?

  Where is it?I reinstalled Cortex Command recently and am trying to get all the old mods back I used to have, but there's one in particular I can't find through all of my searching through Mod Releases, Mod Making, Older Mods, and even the Requests sections. I can't for the life of me remember the name of it, but my favorite unit is poorly drawn in this slightly less-than-accurate image I drew in Paint. Anyone have a clue what it's called, or better yet if they know where it is?
