I'm looking for something that creates a glow dot at the surface of either terrain or a MO when a gun is pointed at it.

I remember seeing something like this and using it a long time ago, but I don't think the script I used works anymore due to the revamp of MOrays and whatnot. I kinda suck with those anyway, so I'd want to learn something about them a laser sight script.

Yup, UltraLight is stupidly easy to implement, just look at the LaserSightBasics.txt and example SMGs provided and you should be able to figure all the important stuff out. I tried to make it simple to work with, and flexible, whilst using as few files and scripts as possible.
