Every MO has an ID (right?). Now, does that ID change? Let's say, if I buy an actor it will have an ID, but if I buy another one, will it's ID change?

There are 255 IDs that CC will assign to every MO with collisions in the game at the present time. The ID will simply be the next available number in the list, and changes every time it is created or (correct me somebody if I am wrong) an MO with an ID below it is deleted by the engine. The ID is not MO specific.

So, for scripting, it is better to refer to a MO rather than an ID, right?

In order to get a pointer to a specific MO, you'll probably need to cycle through IDs to find the correct one, then you can refer to it by MO.
