Get the "MaxThrowVel" of a TDExplosive?
Is there a way to get the values of "MaxThrowVel" and "MinThrowVel" variables from a TDExplosive?

As far as I know, the LuaDocs are actually updated to what B24 currently has (examples being SceneMan:RevealUnseen and SceneMan:CastSeeRay, which aren't in B23 from what I can tell). So, if it isn't there, it's not implemented yet.
