   |   Lua Script Request - ACrab attached to AHumanI've been searching a good amount, both for posts with info and mods to cannibalize, but I can't find any lua scripts for attaching an ACrab to an AHuman. Basically, I want a turret on an actor's head. Been trying to use a drop ship turret script and only just found out why that doesn't work.
 Thanks

Edit: So I've been working on this for a solid 3 hours now and I've got some turrets attached to the torso which instantly fire upon and destroy the actor. Technically, this is achieving my original goals, so to restate what I'd like:

When the player clicks, an HDFirearm should shoot from an AHuman head, in the direction which the head is pointing.

   |   Re: Lua Script Request - ACrab attached to AHumanThe mechwarrior mod has an excellent *cough* lua script for attaching turrets. Just remove the bits about heat, and all you need to modify is on the first few lines.

   |   Re: Lua Script Request - ACrab attached to AHumanTurns out I don't actually need this.
What I actually require is a script to attach Aemitters to the head of an actor which will emit when the player clicks.

   |   Re: Lua Script Request - ACrab attached to AHumanLua doesn't apply to attachables. (The emitter in this case.)You'll need the code to attach an emitter to the head (I'm interested in how to do that as well) and then just have code on it so it emits when the player clicks.
