Is there a way to make an actor able to sense/dodge shots, or be able to know to shoot at missiles coming towards them?

Or, maybe, for example, the telekinesis master clone, sensing a dropship gib (MOSRotating) coming towards them at high speed, and the clone "pressing" g and catching the gib before it crushes itself.

Is it possible?

Calculate where the particle will hit, and if it's nasty enough to kill.

If it's an MOSprite with a big enough bounding box, fire a pre calculated shot to shoot it down.

If it's too fast to intercept or too small, set body crouch, jetpack or move left/right states.

Possible, but laggy.
