 Music plays according to SimRate or RealTime rate?

Post Music plays according to SimRate or RealTime rate?
I remember in Build 21 that music slowed down whenever the game slowed
down, but I haven't remembered experiencing that for quite a while. Does
Music still slow down according to the sim?

it does not (slow down to match game rate), and I don't believe there's any way to force that setting
