The licensing page does not provide the latest build. Ive dug around and messaged weegee asking how to get a clean copy of b32 without it being linked to steam.

His last activity was in January so I'm also posting here in hopes someone may be able to provide a clean copy of b32

If someone knows how to get a clean version off of steam and KEEP it clean (not downloading subscribed mods on launch and not being linked to steam in any way)
then that would work too.

Need a clean version of the latest build to test mods and such.

Exit Steam and run it from the .exe in the game folder.
It will not start Steam like other games, and will not download Workshop content unless you run it from the Steam client.

You can even make copies of the game.
