File isn't loading

Post subject:  File isn't loading
I've tried for about three hours and this wont work at all, the only thing I'm getting is an error screen which is displayed below. If anyone could help me fix this that would be very much appreciated. Oh and the file is there too I checked so I'm really confused on why it won't load.

Base.rte/GUIs/Fonts/BannerFontRedReg.bmp

The last frame has been dumped to 'abortscreen.bmp'

this may be stupid but im curious.

did ANY mod replaced that certain file or something?

Yes actually, when I installed the Ultimate Bunker Module pack It was changed but I fixed it by deleting the mods associated with it and it worked. Thanks!
