Don't get me wrong, I love B27, but was very shocked to find that they had taken away friendly fire, making it impossible for me to use Cortex Command as a digital toybox when coupled with the freetime mod. Does Datarealms currently have downloads of previous builds anywhere, or are they just put away when a new build comes out? |

In order to play build 26 you need to pay for the game. Only then I imagine you would need to talk to a developer from that point on. |

Using this in B27 essentially allows all the sandboxing you want. I'd recommend it since B27 is way better anyway. |

I have already paid for the game, but I don't want to bother any of the developers just yet, especially since 1.00 is coming soon. Yes yes, but what I'm talking about is the "friendly fire" that was present b26 and other previous builds. That, and when you couple it with the "freetime" mod so you can play with 1 brain, it essentially transforms CC into a sort of digital toybox and the only thing stopping you from having a bajillion "toy soldiers" was the in game currency. That one small detail gave the game both an option in which to fiddle around with, and to kill time. |

You can turn friendly fire back on, and give yourself an amount of money that isn't infinite but innumerably large and play on a flat map and BAM, sandbox. Although to be honest the last few builds have been focused on making the game less of a sandbox so if you don't like where that's going then you can keep trying to get old builds. |

Yeah, I tried asking on how to turn on friendly fire in a previous thread, ( viewtopic.php?f=75&t=31424 ) but unfortunately it sounds like the people trying to help haven't found a way other then modifying a "IgnoreTeamHits" value that is nowhere to be found in the INIs and the others saying said method is bad coding or something along those lines. But I suppose I could ask a dev about b26 after they release 1.00. |

It'd be faster to find it if windows 7 allowed advanced searching options otherwise I'd be all over it. |
