This is an odd bug that I had a while ago when I was having company, it was with the latest build, some mods, but I tired it on "reloaded" mod, where its basiaclly a slightly improved vanilla, and I still got it, for some reason, randomly durring the skirmish, players will loose the ability to Buy, it will take the money, but never drop the item for them, bascially meaning they can now never get any new units or weapons, but -ONE- player will not loose it ever, the others will
