When I use alt+enter to switch to fullscreen the current image of the game becomes fullscreen but it does not move or anything, the game is still running and is responsive to input, but the fullscreen image appears still. As well as this I am unable to 2x the window and I can only use a limited variety of window sizes. I use 640x480 VGA currently, all other screen sizes appear smaller or report an error when I restart the game such as "You do not have the proper drivers, reverting to previous settings" and revert to my previous settings.
