Post PC Mod trouble(not making a mod)
I have some trouble with the game trying to load DELETED mods,namely, a dummy faction expantion i tried out from the older mods section,but even after a re-install its still trying to load it,theres no directory for it,its 99% gone(.rar file is in a folder on my desktop)

please reply if the reason for the error is known to be fixable....

Could you possibly tell more about your situation. (Does it say stuff? Did you change something in somewhere and so on.)

Most likely the mod modified default content, and it now fails to load the assets mentioned in the modified default content. Didn't read the reinstalling bit. Huh.
So, uh, if you could post the abortscreen - Cortex Command/abortscreen.bmp - and possibly the error message. Try installing Cortex to a new location.

fixed,the game was loading from the VirtualStore in appdata>local so it was reading the file saved by vista....i hate vista :cry:
