  Buying the Game.Is it still possible to buy the B23 version, then upgrade to the B25 version using the converter, or is the old system completely non-functional now?

Re: Buying the Game. As said by Scancode, the "old system" is still working, just in a different way.
I'm unsure as to which payment methods the site takes though. |
