Okay so I was playing CC just a day ago and I noticed a little lag and thought meh it's nothing. I get on today and it kept crashing because of something to do with the sprites file in the ronin.rte file. So I go to see wtf is wrong and this happens. Now I go to the properties of the stupid file to change the security and notice this. I backed up all the game files in case I installed a mod or something that messed up the game and sure enough the game itself just seems to have broken or the file corrupted or idk. Now finally I went in to see if I still have administrative control over the file and it doesn't even have an owner to the file. I didn't get a picture of it but also when I go to see the properties of the file it says theres nothing inside of it, just says 0 bites, 0 files in folder. What can I do to fix this if anything, the game is probably playable if I install it to a different spot but I still want this stupid problem fixed. |

Just move Cortex Command to your desktop/My Documents/Somewhere not in programfiles. |

Oh god crop those images, we don't need to load your whole desktop, we only need the error. |

You need to do the following to the Cortex Command Icons on the Desktop and the Start Menu Right Click Cortex Command Icon > Click 'Properties' > Click 'Advanced' > Click (Check Box) 'Run as Administrator' > Click 'OK' This solved all my problems |
