I installed a few mods, but when I check in the cortex command directory, they aren't there. The mods work fine and 7zip seems to be able to see them, but explorer doesn't show them in the cortex command directory. I have "show hidden files and folders" on, and I tried right clicking on the mod folders and selecting "view properties" from 7zips directory browser, but the hidden attribute it unchecked. I even tried copying and pasting the directory of the folder from the properties window into an explorer window, but explorer said the directory didn't exist.

I don't know if this problem even has anything to do with Cortex Command, but I'm so totally baffled I haven't a clue where to ask.
