B25 downgrade to B23

I recently got the humble indie bundle for steam and downloaded cc from it too but certain mods wont work on b25 so how do i downgrade to b23

Why would you do this? Why not just update the mods to run in B25? It's merely a matter of changing a few variable names in most cases.

Because Im not a good programmer i dont know much rather than to edit weapons

the mods are the TOD mods that use the b23 sprite system

I believe the download link on Datarealms.com is still b23, download that and enter in the credentials in this thread.
