Hello dear Cortex Command community/support, I have a question in mind that I cannot resolve by myself. So, I bought Cortex Command today and I got to download the b23 version. I entered the key and started playing. Several hours later I browsed the forum and realized that there is an newer version (b24). Further research lead me to this link viewtopic.php?f=4&t=20595. There I could download the b24 version. So my questions are: 1. Are b23 and b24 completely different versions? So b24 is not an update? (I had to install a seperate instance) 2. I didnt have to register b24. Does this mean I could not have bought b23? 3. How will I receive further updates for the game? In best regards, Boak, a slightly confused consumer/fan |

The reason you didn't have to register b24 is because there's only the Humble Indie Bundle version. Which didn't include DRM. B24 is indeed an update, but CC doesn't have updates as such. Only complete packages of each version. And yes, you will get every update from now on, but the scheme in which this happens hasn't been determined yet. |
