Hi, looks like i have another issue : there is absolutely nothing going on when i launch the game. Not even any task, nothing. Running on intel Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, 8gb ram, geforce 9600GT O_o |

Try to right click and run as administrator. Chances are you're missing crucial files or the files are corrupted and you'll just have to reinstall. |
