Game Keeps Crashing I'm so confused

Post subject:  Game Keeps Crashing I'm so confused
My game keeps crashing after a certain amount of time. I tried running it on every possible core and combination of cores I have with priorities low and high. Specs below



Any and all help is more than welcomed even the absolute obvious.

nope I tried using it under program files x86 but read that shorter paths help a little so right now its just under C: also running in compatibility mode xp sp3

I read it somewhere but can't seem to find it now, but anyways still no change that its on the desktop.

What is 'a certain amount of time'? A minute? An hour? A decade?
I think lots of people experience crashes in this game, especially after longer playtimes. I know I do anyway. Usually after an hour or so.

Are you running any mods? If yes: Do you experience the same issues when disabling those mods?

Are you doing/seeing a specific thing in-game before it crashes? Like buying something? Or seeing something explode?

Used to be within about 10 min of starting the game but managed to minimize it now to about an hour. The reason why I'm confused, probably should have mentioned, is that on my weaker computer that I sold (weaker in every possible way except for RAM) the game ran smoothly for hours and hours of play. Does the game really need that much RAM (12GB) to run smothly? I never altered that game in any way shape or form. It ran on default win 7 64bit like my current comp.

I have only 4GB, so I don't think that you need that much RAM.
From my experience, you don't even need that much, except if you have a real shitton of mods.

Press esc each half hour, should clear it a bit up and avoid it from crashing.
