Extremely low framerates
I recently purchased this game, and I am having some issues with framerate. Whenever I have more than 7 or so actors on screen, the framerate goes to around 30 or so, and if there is shooting, or a dropship, it goes to 17 or so. I have tried lowering my deltatime, but that has little effect. This is with my resolution set at VGA.
I am running windows 7 with an i7 processor, with 8 gigs of ram. This same computer runs just about everything I can throw at it with out any problem at all. Is there a settting or something I am just not doing right? I really enjoy this game, but it is sort of unplayable right now.

Re: Extremely low framerates
I thought CC might be putting all the weight on a single CPU, but looking at my CPU core usage monitor, but none of the individual cores are maxed out, and they are not even running over 1ghz per core. Something is not right here, like CC is not communicating with my computer right.

Re: Extremely low framerates
Wow that seems like a good framerate for cortex command in my opinion.

Re: Extremely low framerates
I heard about framerates up to 500 with really good computers sometimes. And it is designed to run at 60fps.
