Are they ever going to be implemented into the full version of B24?

and is it possible to use it? because i've tried taking it out of the Unused folder and put it into Scripts so i gave up

The folder structure is basically for organisation only. You will need to edit the .ini files to get things into the game.

so.... is that a yes or a no

You can use them, but the scenes currently don't have any boxes for king of the hill, and the others are basically covered by the game modes we have now.
