 game crashes on skirmish start up

Post game crashes on skirmish start up
When i try to do skirmish it crashes, i was able to play campgain alight but other than that it crashes, I've included a picture of the error

I think you broke or deleted your Skirmish Activities.ini in your Missions.rte folder, try reinstalling your game.
