 Skirmish Problem - AI doesn't spawn.

Post Skirmish Problem - AI doesn't spawn.
I am not sure what is wrong, whether or not I messed with it is something I don't know. It had started as CC closing when I started skirmish, but I corrected that w/ the mod manager 2.0 after running it. I would like to know how to fix this, and maybe how to enable custom AI like AAL or something

Update

I fixed it by reinstalling. No harm done.
