one of your settings has ♥♥♥♥ itself. The game thinks there's something wrong with your settings, so a reinstall should fix it. Other option is to pester someone to give them their settings file and use it instead.

Hibernate kills. Cortex is a sensitive being. Mix the two you're bound to get a bad concoction.
