Post I would like the trooper badge
I can't seem to find what to do, though. All I see in the big announcements and such are that the billing email form in the UCP isn't working. What, do I PM someone instead? If so, who am I supposed to PM?

The whole badge system is broken. Weasel might be able to manually force it for you, but there's no guarantee.

Really? I thought Scancode was the license guy. Does Weasel run the forums or something?

Scancode is licensing, but WizardJames was our forum PHP dude until he left a while ago, he was the one who developed the badges. Weasel is the community manager and he has the most access to the underlying PHP of anyone currently around, though not full access either.
