...Sometimes. No, I don't have any mods that have names 11 characters long with no spaces, yes, I've tried removing my mods, and yes, I've tried a clean reinstall. What's wrong? I'm starting to regret buying the game, it's so bad.

EDIT: If I'm lucky, it'll happen about the 7th time I open the buy menu, if I'm unlucky, it'll be the first or second. It always freezes at a certain point that lasts for one frame where the pie menu has no symbols or dividers any more. I believe it's about one or two frames before the buy menu appears. The music continues to play, and it remains open and refuses to close for about ten to thirty seconds.

Please guys, I love this game, I paid for it, I've been having fun making mods for it, and now it doesn't work anymore and I'm so upset...

Can you trigger it in an empty skirmish level with nothing in it?

Uninstall and reinstall, it's possible that one of the game files got corrupted somehow.

Past that, I've got nothing.

The only time I've had the issue you're describing was when I had a character in an item description that was completely foreign to CC, but that wouldn't explain the bug remaining on a fresh reinstall.

I just figured out that it was because I screwed with the application itself. I was editing files inside the package contents that I shouldn't have.
