Post The 'All Seeing AI' problem.
So I've been getting a few problems lately...

Mostly with the Coalition clones/soldiers being able to see me, hear me and shoot me when I am as much as exposed in their visual radius.

However, RONIN soldiers do not have this problem. (constantly, that is.)

For example, and keep in mind, my character is either doing nothing, or making no sounds in the process.

A coalition soldier, hereby refered to as a clone, is standing in the middle of an empty field, he's facing away from me.

I am behind a rock, obstructing my view of him.
I climb over the rock, as silent as possible, yet even before my head is over the rock he has seen me and put a nice hole in it.

The ronin soldiers, however, do not spot me in this sort of situation.

A clone is walking down a hallway. I maneuver off of a ledge and land away from him. Even before I have landed, he turns around and shoots me.

... see what I mean?

Another interesting fact.

AI can pick up jetpacks and other things even if they make no sound and aren't in their field of view, why is that?

This sounds pretty strange.

What build are you running? Mac or Windows?
The more information you give us, the better.

Actually there's an .ini variable that determines how 'aware' non-player-controlled actors are.

Spawn a mother crab outside of First Signs and you'll see just how obvious it is.

Of course. In that case, you must have non-vanilla Coalition actors then. Crow's resprites perhaps?

No

Vanilla Cortex Command files are 100% intact, only added new scenes and characters

Got the build 23 windows version.

I ironed out all other bugs I found so far but this is the only one that annoys me.

Yes, I know about that variable but I'm not editing all of the characters by hand. I want them to stay as they are in skirmish...
