Keep getting this problem when i open cortex command,I recently had to restart PC when physical memory hit 93% as running CC,this may of caused the problem im restarting PC to help after posting thread,Anyway yea...

Post the whole error message. Also lag is probably due to ghost cc.
Look at the processes in task manger and look for stray ccs.
