I put a mod in the game and when the menu comes this error

then appears that another error and closes the game please help

You cannot link pictures that are on your own computer, we cannot see them.
I suggest signing up for a service for hosting things, for example the ever-excelent Dropbox.

Until we know what the error was, we cannot really help you.
However, the old tricks apply:
You should have a mod made for the version of CC you are running.
Mods need to be extracted for their archives correctly.
