When you uninstall Cortex Command it does not delete user created files, leaving them in the same place they were.
Reinstalling into the same place without removing those files first just means you've wasted your time...

Uninstall, delete DataRealms directory, then reinstall.

he means Uninstall then delete the folder cc is in then reinstall.

(not really supriced im dealing with pros here xD)

no, its common knowledge, for vista, the cc folder must be on desktop for mods to work, and user created scenes.
Cause vista deletes any new inis you try to put in there.
[you couldve found that out by using the search button and searching errors.
