 Cannot change screen resolution

Post Cannot change screen resolution
I just installed cortex command on my new windows 7 install, and cannot change the screen resolution from 640X480.

After changing the resolution, i turned off the game, and then turned it back on, and it was still at 640X480.

Please help

Is it in program files?
If so, try moving it out.

Hey Data, fix your read/write permissions. Only game on the planet that has this issue, so don't blame Windows 7. Seriously, you are the worst software engineer/computer scientist ever.
