 CC Speed Adjustment

Post CC Speed Adjustment
Since i bought a new system,gameplay has been fast-paced.
I know it's very fun to play without lag,but this is just ridiculous.
So,is there a way to slow it down?.


Specs:
Intel Core2 Duo 2.93GHz , 2.94GHz|3.0GB RAM
Chip Type:Nvidia GeForce 9500GT
Memory:1GB

I think ctrl + 1 and 2 does it, might be just 1 and 2.

EDIT: I mean 1 slows down and 2 speeds up, might be reversed.

Slows down a bit,but the AI still has lightning fast reflexes instead of the usual stare-at-you-and-shoot-after-a-while.
